Quebec immigration: Disputed immigration reforms has been suspended by Quebec Authority

 Quebec immigration reforms reconsideration by the authority:

The plan to restrict the opportunity for prompt permanent residency for the foreign students & short term worker has been overturned by the Quebec government. It was 1 November 2019 when the Quebec authority excluded 300 study fields once were eligible for the desired Quebec program.

After this announcement students gathered in front of the National Assembly & explained their sufferings due to the new immigration reforms.

After hearing the sufferings of the students Premier François was convinced to change the Quebec immigration reforms.

The declaration has made both the foreign students & University authority because both of them would be looser if the reformation happens. The prompt approval to end the restriction has opened the door for PR dream to the students & workers. From the year 2010 QEP, which stands for Quebec Experience Program,has been helping the qualified diploma holder & workers having relevant working experience to get prompt residency  permit in Quebec. In 2018 over 17000 got themselves admitted into the QEP.

 The probable result may be that the restriction will not be applicable to the existing students & workers. The immigration reforms would be applicable to the new entrants in the very near future.  

Trump's Health Insurance policy regarding USA immigration temporarily got stopped

Trump's Health Insurance policy temporarily got stopped:

In the previous month USA president Trump declared a new rule that the new USA immigrant must show their Health insurance evidence within the 30 days of their arrival. A temporarily blockage has been held on this Health insurance by a USA Judge on 3rd November, 2019.  

Before that 8 people including USA citizens & NGO worker filed a suit against that rule. They argued that because of this rule the path for the legal migrants would be blocked. Family sponsored visa holders would be the main victim of this rule according to the Lawsuit.

USA health care policy is complex & it the policy would hinter the family based USA immigration.

The blockage on the Trump's Health Insurance Policy will be 28 days from 3rd November,2019.

Update about Quebec Immigration policy 2019-2020

Opportunity for 44000 resident permits in Quebec:

From the news announced on 30 October, more than 44000 immigration seekers in Canada will get permanent residency in Quebec in the year 2020. Quebec Skilled Worker Program will arrange this 44000 new Canada immigration seekers through province economic program. The last year the number was 40000. It is highly expected that by 2022 QSWP will reach up to 50000. Canada immigration is getting more attention from Quebec program.

Temporary suspension of Immigrant Investor Program:

The Quebec economic program called Immigration Investor Program has been temporarily been suspended until July 2020. Before this people could get permanent residency in Canada having $1.2 million investment. The authority has explained that it has got more than 20000 applications which are not processed yet.To review the applications, this recent suspension period has been imposed.

USA immigration department classifies three categories of VISA which are diversity,family & employment based where the above mentioned rules will be applicable,

Immigration applicants who fall under the following will get exemption-

• Seeking for asylum
• Refugees
•  Special immigration seekers from Iraq/Afghanistan
• Some minors having special cases
• Visa holder up to 2 November,2019

 Social Media Issue:

From now social media information will be used by the USA immigration authority to scrutinize the immigration applicants.Five year social media data or activity will be used regarding this purpose. Security authority will check the social media information whether the immigration applicants involve in any terrorism or threatening activities that may cause the security of USA in danger. Fraudulent and wrongly presented social media data may hamper the chance for immigration for the applicants. So the immigration applicants are advised to provide accurate social media data to render smooth immigration process.

Municipal Nominee Program:

The recent PNP (Provincial Nominee Program) in Canada is based on the needs of larger cities of Canada, Where labor & international workers had some shortage. With the help of PNP the problem of workers’ shortage has been mitigated. It is a good opportunity for Canada immigration

But the cities which are not larger rather small or medium sized have the acute shortage of international worker who are really talented stuff.  So for the small cities(like Toronto, Montreal). the MNP program is scheduled to be started according to the agenda of pre-election decision in Canada. like the PNP immigration program, the MNP program is also coming for the immigration candidates. This has been a terrific news that i go through today. 😀
370000 immigrants can now make themselves settled  in Canada by 2023.
The recent scenario in Canada is that the number is now 3300000 for the year 2019.
More 20000  immigrants will get chance in the year 2021.
From the very reliable source it is expected that the number will rise by more 20000 expats.
So by the 2023 the new Canadian immigrants will be 3700000. ☺

Yes another big Immigration project is going to be launched very soon.
The program is Municipal Nominee program, which is  for the small cities in Ontario then Saskatchewan, after this Alberta, and British Columbia with Manitoba. So again more immigration opportunity is coming. 👏👏👏👏

Canada Election 2019

It is matter of joy for both the native Canadian & the Immigrants that Justin Trudeau keep continuing his legacy in Canada again after being elected in the Canada Election 2019. 😀
 It is a matter of joy for also the people who want come to Canada for immigration purpose. Liberal part have won 157 seats compared to the 121 seats of Conservative party. This election has proved the ongoing development and  popularity of Justin Trudeau. 😀
