Quebec immigration: Disputed immigration reforms has been suspended by Quebec Authority

 Quebec immigration reforms reconsideration by the authority:

The plan to restrict the opportunity for prompt permanent residency for the foreign students & short term worker has been overturned by the Quebec government. It was 1 November 2019 when the Quebec authority excluded 300 study fields once were eligible for the desired Quebec program.

After this announcement students gathered in front of the National Assembly & explained their sufferings due to the new immigration reforms.

After hearing the sufferings of the students Premier François was convinced to change the Quebec immigration reforms.

The declaration has made both the foreign students & University authority because both of them would be looser if the reformation happens. The prompt approval to end the restriction has opened the door for PR dream to the students & workers. From the year 2010 QEP, which stands for Quebec Experience Program,has been helping the qualified diploma holder & workers having relevant working experience to get prompt residency  permit in Quebec. In 2018 over 17000 got themselves admitted into the QEP.

 The probable result may be that the restriction will not be applicable to the existing students & workers. The immigration reforms would be applicable to the new entrants in the very near future.
