Health Insurance Issue:
USA immigration authority is now demanding Health Insurance from the USA Immigration applicants from the very first week of November, 2019.It is said from the Immigration department that the immigration applicants must show their health insurance within a month after their arrival in USA.Another alternative has been announced that the new immigrant must have the ability to bear certain amount of medical expense while staying in USA.
USA immigration department classifies three categories of VISA which are diversity,family & employment based where the above mentioned rules will be applicable,
Immigration applicants who fall under the following will get exemption-
- Seeking for asylum
- Refugees
- Special immigration seekers from Iraq/Afghanistan
- Some minors having special cases
- Visa holder up to 2 November,2019
Social Media Issue:
From now social media information will be used by the USA immigration authority to scrutinize the immigration applicants.Five year social media data or activity will be used regarding this purpose. Security authority will check the social media information whether the immigration applicants involve in any terrorism or threatening activities that may cause the security of USA in danger. Fraudulent and wrongly presented social media data may hamper the chance for immigration for the applicants. So the immigration applicants are advised to provide accurate social media data to render smooth immigration process.
